The LPR-LLC services and Pricing
1. Writing a standard press release:
For Only $250.00 our team of professionals will write a press release for your company. The press
release is written to inform other media about your company or an event. Our press release will include
two pictures and company information organized in a manner conducive to media outlets. Latino Public
Relations won’t send any press release without the written authorization of the client, who can also make
corrections or suggestions to the press release.
2. Distribution of the press release:
Latino Public Relations-LLC has created a Hispanic media list that includes the top Hispanic media
outlets in the most important Hispanic markets. The media list is based in the Synovate's Diversity Group
2006 U.S. Diversity Markets Report. Latino Public Relations-LLC can send the press release to any
Hispanic media outlet in the country or to any media outlet that our clients want to reach or if your
company prefers we will choose the outlets we believe will best fit your needs. We provide a weekly
status report to inform the client of the media that was contact and the possible interviews setups. For
this service we only charge $200.00.
3. Translation/Interpretation:
Translation and interpretation is vital when you want to get the right idea to the market you want to
reach. The service that LPR-LLC performs is an interpretation of what we believe the original intent is,
and transformed into the same message in the Spanish language. Our team of professionals will
translate your press release and will closely examine your press release for grammatical and
typographical errors. We charge $30 cents per word.
4. Press Clipping:
For only $200.00 LPR-LLC will search for articles on Hispanic Internet media, magazines and hundreds of Hispanic
newspapers in the country which match your specifications. Latino Public Relations-LLC can perform searches on
Hispanic local markets, regional, state or national level. Then we will clip the press article, photocopied or download it
and sent it to you. If the article is an online article we can capture images of the releases as they appear on these sites
and compile them in a PowerPoint presentation for you. After that, we will e-mail the presentation to you. If you want
newspaper clips, we can send them to your company by U.S. Postal Service, fax, e-mail. We realize that your business is
time sensitive, that is why Latino Public Relations-LLC will make sure that you receive your information in a timely
manner.
